Ive never been one for exercise but since getting palps ill give anything ago!! i came across this website a couple of months ago and recently (wednesday morning) i gave it ago!!

It wasnt so bad and i managed to do the full 20 minutes including the 5 minute walk, this will be my second day this morning, i must admitt my legs are killing from this 20 minute run/jog the other day but this just prooves how much i need to get fit, and if it helps with the palps then why not i will keep this thread updated with my progress of any weight loss palps etc etc if anyone else starts this let me know we can share progress !! it actually says you can jog up to 30 minutes within 9 weeks i will be going slower then this lol !! it will probs take me 18 weeks haha.

Started with the 5 minute brisk walk warm up (also stretched my muscles indoors first and was well hydrated!!
Then i began with a 60 second run then a 90 second walk & alternated between the 2.
I got a bit of chest pain but think it was more over breathing and anxiety it soon went after a couple of minutes. Near the 15 minute mark i started to slow and jog more slowly ! I didnt have one palp alway through but i did feel a couple after coming home and had a couple through the day no where as bad as they normally are
I had to work this day 9.30 am till 3.00 pm when i got home i was knackerd !! i actually went to bed at 9.30 pm and this is early for me
