I have a copy if anyone wants a copy. I was told breathing exercises can help the nervous system.

Jass, did you find it helped at all? Sounds a little bit like a physiotherapy thing I tried a few years ago which was basically deep, slow breathing and although it helped calm me during my worst attacks it didn't stop them.

I do think deep breathing helps loads. But to me, I got on better with mediation tapes.
Problem is - sticking to it and making time for it. If I could my cardio says the palps would go

I think yoga would be a great start to help relax and start breathing properly

I have a yoga DVD by Leah Bracknell that I like using - very relaxing music and setting, and helps at bad times, but the palps just come back again half an hour after I stop! Not too challenging on the yoga front so no extreme bending required!

Has anyone read "healing without Prozac of Freud?" He talks about breathing, among other things
