I had terrible dizzy spells, not always when having palps. Certain lights would make me feel dizzy, for example fluorescent lighting.
Its eased off a lot...but I do still get occasional dizzy spells.
I also get extra tired...as though I am exhausted

Hi there i thought id share i get alot of symptoms that come along with the palps ,flutters and alsorts .think maybe anxiety and the nervous system are the reason for these but i do worry what else they could be from.. I get lightheaded when i move and bend down Shake like my whole body..sometimes visable too twitching colours and spots in my eyes like fuzzy vision shivers out of breath feeling like i cant squeeze a big breath out constantly sighing. Lots of other symptoms but i guess its anxiety and anxiety fuels palps so they can go away!!! Another good sight for people alike glad i got somewhere to meet people who have similar problems ,more questions should be asked like this one thumbs up!!!xxxxx

I had most of those. Some have subsided since I have been trying breathing excercises

I get a lot of the same symptoms, lighting in shops makes my head feel strange, i get twiches in my muscles, jolting awake just as im falling asleep, palps, ectopics ect. Its exhausting isnt it. I also have a really fast heart rate whenever climbing stairs or moving fast. I joined a gym last year but on my introduction the gym instructor said my heart rate shot up far too high so they were not prepared to let me excersise there (does anyone else experience this) my cardiologist said it is a tachycardia (rvot) but he didnt seem over concerned. The ectopics have been recorded at evere 3rd beat but he still says they cause no harm to the heart!! hope he is right but its hard to believe when the darn things feel so debilitating!

I think they are stumped as to how to deal with it.In a way its more neurological ....if they could find a way to stop the nervouse system being crazy and messed up!
Up side, I heard of someone who had them for two years and then they just went years ago
