For those of you who may be scouring the internet for help regarding ectopic beats one of the things you often see if suggestion that you cut caffeine from your diet.
I did this over a year ago. We now only have caffeine-free tea bags, I avoid chocolate and anything that may contain it and it does seem to help although not irradicating them altogether.
Interested to know if anyone else has seen a link between certain foods and the annoying extra beats?

good post ! i find if i avoid choc it gives me a break, but i really dont think caffiene effects me, i can drink fizzy drinks coffee and normal tea & they dont pipe up ! i find if i drink diet cola ?! they are bad : /

Emma, are you saying Chocolate does make them worse? In that case, its not the caffeine. That is interesting then. I wonder why some people say chocolate makes them worse. 4 people have said that to me now.
I cut out caffeine in 1988 - I did it slowly as I was drinking too much coffee. I have decafe tea now. If I accidently have some (and did once in a tablet!) I shake and feel really ill
